I was in Recruitment for nearly 15 years before I decided to make the push into Payroll & Funding, after dealing with the pain and stress of trying to find efficient and compliant payroll solutions, I decided to put CHAPS together to support the UK Recruitment industry and give peace of mind that you are dealing with a company that fully understands recruitment, and the complexity of payroll and funding whilst staying compliant and cost-effective. I am also proud to say an avid charity supporter and last year I was privileged enough to raise funds (£3129 raised in total) on behalf of fair share (MARCUS RASHFORDS CHARITY) supporting children ensuring they get a hot meal at Christmas.

I am the payroll manager at CHAPS and I manage all aspects of payroll processes within the business. I am responsible for dealing with the in-depth aspects of payroll and fully experienced when it comes to dealing with HMRC. I’m also the main point of contact when managing the company accounts ensuring that all VAT returns are filed on time. Managing the team i ensure we always go above and beyond for our clients , ensuring payroll is run smoothly and efficiently. I enjoy the challenges that I face each day and within my role.

Sales and Marketing Executive
I’m CHAPS Sales and Marketing Manager. I help build Business growth within the CHAPS Development team. We develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. I also generate CHAPS Marketing, and as part of our Start up to Establish we take the stress out of marketing your business by helping you to generate YOUR marketing plan. Including setting up social media platforms, daily content creation, scheduling posts, and much more! Freeing up more time for you to dedicate time to run your business. With in CHAPS I ensure all our marketing, Blogs and social media platforms are always up to date with any new legislation or important news that may affect our clients. My favourite part of the job is taking control off all the Expos we attend ensuring that CHAPS is always right in front of you

Accounts Manager
Hi I’m CHAPS Accounts Manager My role here at CHAPS is to support all our clients for any queries or just general information and support. I’m a fully qualified Accountant, with the wealth knowledge and experience, this makes me the first point of contact for all candidates to ensure they are making the most of the benefits that CHAPS supply on behalf of our clients, additionally I control all RTI reports, holiday reports and any other compliance information that is required weekly. I process terminations and send the clients/candidates their P45’s. I have over 3 years experience as an accountant within payroll. What I enjoy most about working for CHAPS is the diversity of clients and industries we payroll into everyday is a new challenge.
